When you receive your purchase, please inspect the parcel for visible damages, holes or other deterioration that might have damaged the product inside. Please check the parcel before accepting or signing for it. If the box or packaging looks damaged, please request to inspect the content in presence of the courier delivering the parcel.
In order to receive a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. If you are not satisfied with your product, file a claim, and our customer service team will review your case.
To be eligible for a return, your item cannot be a free/$0 item. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
